If you are struggling with something…

Most important thing is, we must try hard enough to prevent letting OURSELVES down. It makes all the sense in the world right? If we don’t have structure and discipline we are just blobs wondering around with no purpose. Even if you could find purpose, your ability to execute becomes much less likely. They go hand in hand.

If you continue to let yourself down to often then you can lead yourself down the road of despair. The good news is, at any point we can turn around and go the other way.

Start by making your bed everyday. Do that one thing. You will feel better about yourself. As you do, add more to the list. Don’t add to the list to quickly, but also not to slow, and nothing too big. (At first) They say your room can be a reflection of the state your life’s in. Start there.

You will be proud of yourself for keeping your word. The promise you made with yourself. That will bring you places you never thought you would see.
